We recommend that you explicitly log out of this website when you have finished your session. Please click on the 'Log out' link in the left hand side bar.
This is good practice anyway, especially if you are using a computer to which others have access, but we have identified a possible problem if you do not.
One user today had Access Denied when trying to access the 3 for 2 special offer, despite being a full member and being signed in. They had not logged out from a previous session some hours before. This was corrected by asking them to log out, then log in again.
The website stores a token when you successfully sign in, which is only cancelled if you explicitly log out. If you simply close your browser or move to another site, your session is not closed and you remain signed in. We are investigating why this might interfere with the access control system which only allows signed in full members to access certain pages or products.
