This page describes the proposed fee structure for our four events in 2016.
This structure is designed to encourage payment in advance by individual members/account holders and reimbursement by their employer, and to discourage late payment by employers. However, we will give consideration to members in situations where this may cause difficulties.
We are also proposing the following discount structure for our four events in 2016
The rules that apply to this discount structure are:
- Applicants must be fully paid up AQMLM members in the 2015-2016 subscription year and renew their subscription for 2016-2017 if they wish to include the December 2016 meeting
- Individual applicants must pay online or by BACS for all meetings selected, at least one month in advance of the first meeting
We are happy to allow substitutions of staff from the same organisation providing we are given sufficient notice
We intend to enable block booking from a single organisation for up to four persons attending up to four meetings each (a total of 16 places). On request we will provide a booking spreadsheet and payment instructions.
