Visitor Registration

The 16th December 2019 Logistics Workshop has been postponed and rescheduled to 6th April 2020.  This registration process will be re-activated in the New Year when registration re-opens.

  1. To pay personally by electronic bank transfer - we will send you our account details by email
  2. To pay by cheque - please make it payable to "AQMLM" and send it to: AQMLM, c/o Birmingham Quality, PO box 3909, Birmingham B15 2UE. (This option is available up to 29th November 2019)
  3. For us to invoice you (ie you personally, not your employer) - we will send a pdf invoice to your email address.  (This option is available up to 29th November 2019)
  4. For us to invoice your Employer - you must organise this with your managers, provide a purchase order number, the exact address for invoicing and the authorising contact, and send the PO to us immediately - do not delay!  Your employer must pay us before the Workshop; we routinely add a late payment surcharge of £50 if they do not.  (This option is available up to 16th November 2019)
